Swolverine Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Swolverine is a strength and conditioning tracker. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and an account ID, from Sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password. If you use Sign in with Apple's “Hide My Email”, we only see Apple's private relay address.
- Training and fitness data you enter: workouts, sets, loads, cardio sessions, equipment, and program settings.
- Health-related data you enter: body weight, height, date of birth, resting and maximum heart rate, daily check-ins (sleep, soreness, energy, pain area), body measurements, and any movement limitations you choose to record.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. Swolverine has no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking. We do not sell or share your data.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: to sign you in, to compute your training recommendations and charts, and to back up and restore your data across reinstalls and devices.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
- Your data is stored in your account on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), hosted in the United States.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access rules allow only you, signed in with a verified identity, to read or write your data. Health-related data is stored separately from training history.
- The app keeps a working copy on your device so it works offline in the gym; it is protected by iOS Data Protection. Sign-in bookkeeping is kept in the iOS Keychain.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data until you delete it. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and data to permanently delete your account, your cloud data, and the copy on your device. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple connection. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Children
Swolverine is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Not medical advice
Swolverine is for fitness tracking and is not a medical device or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional about injuries or health conditions.
